Welcome to the '10 Individual Insurance/Registration program. For you to continue this process you MUST have a login username and password. If you haven't gotten one yet you can go to this link and fill out the form. If you haven't already printed a copy of the instructions on how to access and complete these forms please click here to get a copy of them.

New for 2010 all Recreational Leagues MUST have at least ONE adult that will be present at ALL team functions (games, practices, team events etc.) that is ACE certified and background checked. We will offer an onsite clinic for each League to certify your ACE personal. Please contact Don Smiley at (209) 957-0889 to set a date. Your League insurance will not be valid until the process is completed.
